“Art and Sole”
“Nǐ zài gēn wǒ kāiwánxiào ma?!” (“Are you kidding me?!”) June exclaimed in frustration as she stared at her screen. How stupid could people possibly be? The printer wasn’t even turned on?!
Jun Zheng (June to her friends) was very fortunate to have landed a really good tech support job right out of college for a cosmetics company “La Rouge”. And while she wouldn’t admit it, she was integral to her company's success having fully built up their computer networks from scratch as well as acting as a liaison with their manufacturing division in China. Fortunately for her she only had to actually go into the office once or twice a week while the rest of the time she could work remotely from home but it didn’t make these people she had to deal with any less frustrating! What turned out to be a ridiculously simple problem resolved, she yanked off her headset and slumped back in her computer chair with a long frustrated sigh.
Truth was June was remarkably brilliant, graduating high school by 17, got her masters in computer programming and could very easily start up her own Fortune 500 computer firm if she wanted. However a horribly low level of self worth, anxiety and lack of motivation kept her at a more subservient position on the corporate ladder. Of course she was only 22 so there was still time to find her drive to succeed.
You wouldn’t think one so cute and unassuming would have so much potential of course. June was a 7th generation red panda anthrosapien meaning she looked totally human except for a small pair of fluffy red ears and a long red and white striped tail extending from just above her butt. Her body was short, curvy and thick with deep caramel skin, cheeks lined with dark freckles, dark almond shaped eyes framed in thick glasses and a shaggy mop of red-orange hair. She was also a femboy but that would come as a shock to most people with her gentle and feminine voice.
Just then she heard a knock at the door of her apartment and her eyes widened. She wasn’t expecting anyone and deliveries were always made to the lobby downstairs. Who could it be? Was Nǎinai (grandma) paying her another unexpected visit to criticize her for her life choices?
She slowly got up from her chair and walked across her small apartment; not much bigger than her college dorm room and decorated very much in the same way with posters on the walls, mismatched furniture and Chinese knick knacks and accents denoting her cultural heritage. Currently she was hardly dressed for company wearing a baggy t-shirt, one of many bearing her company's pink rose logo and lettering, plaid pajama bottoms and slippers. Cautiously she unlocked the total of 4 different locks on her door before slowly opening it and being greeted by an intense mass of curly blonde hair!
June stared for only a moment before the head on the remarkably short person turned quickly hearing the door open as she was then bombarded by large beautiful blue eyes framed in glasses on a green face covered in freckles with a cute pink button nose and long pointed ears. The girl momentarily had been looking up as if expecting someone taller but then her eyes quickly moved down to see the stunned red panda girl and blinked a few times before her face lit up with an emphatic beaming smile. Apparently something about June made her very happy? That was odd but she couldn’t help but return the surprised smile not used to someone shorter than herself. Was she a child?
“Oh hi! So sorry to bother you! Are you um…” The goblin woman began to speak in a surprisingly mature adult tone before glancing down at a package she was carrying. June glanced down as well and took in her colorful clothing; a pink cardigan worn around a long denim dress with multicolored patchwork sewn into it. Everything about this little woman screamed out “vibrant”! She only then noticed her body was just curvy enough and with a modest bust that she couldn’t be mistaken for a child. Finally bright pink toenails drew her eyes down to freckled green feet in sandals which were small by normal standards but on this little thing appeared fairly larger comparatively.
“Jun…Zheng?” She continued as June was suddenly jogged back to reality now with the door fully opened and locking eyes with the goblin.
“Um…June…but yes that’s me.” June replied awkwardly with only a vague hint of a southwestern mandarin accent.
“Yeah hi I’m Kazzy from up in 303? I’m super duper sorry but this package was put in my mailbox by accident and without looking I brought it up to my apartment and opened it before realizing it wasn’t mine!” She explained in an energetic manner with a tone like one would use talking to a small child although June could tell this wasn’t her talking down to her but rather just how she spoke. June could not help but smile at this little bundle of sweetness and even felt a little tingling on her cheeks for some reason.
“Uh…oh okay that’s no big deal really. Thank you for bringing it down.” June replied politely with a pleasant smile eliciting an even bigger smile from Kazzy as she handed June the package. It was the DVDs she had ordered of a long forgotten vintage animated miniseries from Italy titled “Fantastico signor gatto” (Fantastic Mister Cat) that she had finally found subtitled in English. She glanced back at Kazzy only to find her bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet while looking down at the box and then back at June over and over.
“I love this one! It’s so well made for its time and the impressionist art style lends itself so well to the animation!” She explained happily as June’s eyes widened. She had been a fan of international animation for a long time; less so regarding Asian media like Anime but rather forgotten or obscure animated gems from around the globe.
“You’ve seen this already?” June inquired in astonishment.
“Oh yeah definitely when I was living in Italy for a time after college. Of course I could only understand half of what they were saying but the context clues helped me figure out what was going on!” She continued followed by an absolutely enchanting giggle that gave June actual chills!
“But anyway I gotta skedaddle for now but it was so great meeting you June!” Kazzy chirped happily as she took off like a flash down the hallway leaving the stunned femboy speechless.
From an early age June had been fascinated by computers that were far easier to understand and interact with than people. Computers you could fix; people you can’t. June's intense social awkwardness made even interacting with close friends difficult at times while meeting new people was downright anxiety inducing! This was mostly because one of June’s most debilitating issues was an intense fear of judgment and criticism by others. Granted a lot of the time it was her paranoia acting up but every subtle gesture or mannerism when interacting with new people would always make her suspicious that they were looking down on her or silently judging her for any number of reasons.
But somehow, someway this vibrant little goblin woman sent up no red flags for June whatsoever. She was just so genuinely joyful and sweet on a level June had never seen before. She had never felt so comfortable meeting someone new in her life!
Plus there was something else about her…something she couldn’t quite put her finger on that made her so very fascinating.
About a week would pass but all the while every time June saw someone with curly blonde hair or a particularly excited and happy child, she’d be reminded of Kazzy’s joyful face and boisterous personality. It wasn’t that she was attracted to her in the more adult sense, she was just so enthralled that she had met someone who didn’t trigger any of her usual social anxieties she dealt with every day. But ironically this also came with its own fair share of different anxieties as she wondered if it was too good to be true and something just didn’t feel right.
She had come home one afternoon after a day of work in the office, entering the lobby of her apartment building to see a very comical sight. Kazzy was clutching a large box in both hands, had slipped off one of her sandals and was attempting to reach the elevator button with her toes! June stifled a giggle at the adorable little thing before quickly running over.
“Hey Kazzy let me help you with that!” June chirped with a giggle as she grabbed the other side of the box that was large enough that the goblin girl couldn’t even see anything in front of her.
“Is that you June? Oh thank my lucky stars!” She replied in a corny way sounding like a cute grandmother. She could tell the box was pretty hefty and was really surprised someone of Kazzy’s stature could even lift something like this, reaching over to push the elevator button.
“Jeez what the hell is in here? Cinder blocks?” June inquired with a giggle as the elevator chime sounded and the doors opened.
“Oh heavens no, just extra supplies from work they were going to throw away. I hate to see things wasted like that!” Kazzy chirped back as the two moved into the elevator.
“3 please. Thank you dear.” Kazzy added sweetly as June smiled; for some reason being called dear in such an endearing tone felt good like she was being spoken to by a loving parent. She would have inquired further as to the nature of the box and her job but June still had her social barriers to overcome even with Kazzy doing nothing to add to it. The two exited into the third floor and moved the box down the hall, lowering it down to the floor in front of 303.
“Golly that thing is heavy!” Kazzy exclaimed in a comical fashion as she reached into her purse for her keys.
“Can I offer you a cup of tea or something for your troubles dear?” She inquired looking at June with a wide eyed smile. Fact is June surprisingly really wanted to, which was rare for her having only just met someone but she had a backlog of tasks she had to get done for work before an important appointment that evening and couldn’t risk getting caught up in social time. She let out an audible grunt as she looked back with a compassionate smile.
“I’m really sorry but I can’t; got a lot of stuff to do today.” She replied with disappointment in her voice to which Kazzy simply smiled back thoughtfully.
“Okey dokey no big deal maybe next time. The door is always open for ya though Juney.” Kazzy replied sweetly as she opened the door and dragged the box in. June began to realize what it was about Kazzy that felt so comforting. There was such an intense motherly vibe coming from her, in particular the type she always wanted growing up that she felt almost magnetically drawn to her.
“Oh absolutely next time definitely!” June replied sincerely as she turned, getting the faint scent of paint coming from within Kazzy’s open door before heading back to the elevator. She had to get the work stuff done quickly. It was Monday meaning her weekly appointment with Mab was tonight!
June was a tickle slut. She’d always been super fond of tickling, mostly being on the receiving end and given her submissive personality definitely bought into the idea of being a toy to be played with by someone else. For several years her social anxiety prevented her from even coming close to indulging in her fetish and resorted to interacting with like minded individuals on tickling based forums online. It was in a particularly informative thread about the psychology behind the dominant/submissive relationship where she met Mab Malvanado, a self proclaimed “tittalitrix” who would change her life forever.
Mab wasn’t like your usual dom; she was compassionate, understanding, intellectual and took her time more or less becoming like Junes online therapist for a good 2 years helping her with a multitude of personal issues. Plus Mab herself was only a novice at the time and didn’t even have any subs of her own just yet. Finally she had managed to convince June to meet in real life and at first sight, immediately the doms mother lioness instincts kicked in only wanting to protect and nurture this sweet cuddly little thing and indulge her every passion best she could with only the gentlest hand.
It took an additional year or so of playful casual activity until it finally got to a point where June would consent to getting bound naked and being absolutely tormented by the burgundy haired catgirl once a week as a means of stress management. With women, tickling could be arousing if she was comfortable enough with the person; Mab being one of the few females who genuinely did turn her on. But more importantly than that it was cathartic and therapeutic. It caused such a release of endorphins and serotonin in June's brain that after a session, the femboy would feel more relaxed and devoid of stress than anything else could possibly do for her.
But deep down June always wanted to be tickled by a male. That was her sexual preference. Her gender identity was always vague even to her but she always knew she had a strong infatuation with men but was also the source of her absolute worst social anxiety. In the presence of a desirable male she would completely shut down being unable to speak and become little more than a quivering bundle of nerves before usually fleeing at the most opportune moment.
In her professional life it was different of course, with her strong work ethic as well as the way coworkers would speak to her with authority triggering the obedience node in her brain making her work tirelessly to please them. Being commanded by a male she could handle but romantic emotion is where she totally fell apart. But all she wanted was to find a guy she was comfortable with and who could dominate her in a way that wouldn’t make her feel scared.
Feeling helpless and vulnerable was a major turn on for her but it wasn’t without its conditions…
