PART 4

June glanced around Kazzy’s apartment once more as the vibrant colors and positive energy almost seemed to mock her presence and wave farewell to her forever. Kazzy led June to the couch and motioned towards it.

“Please sit.” She instructed in that same troubled voice that made June feel like she was going to throw up. June sat clumsily as her legs wouldn’t stop shaking and Kazzy followed, sitting and taking a deep breath.
